This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -This research investigates the role of empowerment through visualization in conflict and security, as a creative dimension of human nature of self-care and self-healing. It examined the mechanisms of self-healing through self-awareness that could unfold creative possibilities from visualization and restoration of imbalances at many levels. People¿s experience through connectedness to oneself, to the moment, to others, to nature and to their inner world, constitute the concept of self-healing. Empowerment is a construct that links individual¿s strength and competences which also relate to the importance of images that generate new integrative behavioural patterns. As a qualitative study, data were collected through direct interaction with individuals in virtual context, one to one basis and group interaction through planned activities: Hat Exhibition, Art Performance and eCourse. The changes in mental and psychological behaviours, present in all three situations, showed that visualization can be related to health. Visualizing is a complex process that allows a way to re-make the processes empowering as well, leading to understanding and changing ways of view. 92 pp. Englisch.
