We promise you have never seen Venice like this before! Photographer Federico Povoleri is a native Venetian and knows his hometown like no one else. With his poetic black & white photographs, he captures an atmosphere of the lagoon city that is usually lost in the buzz of the tourist crowds. Federico Povoleri's intimate knowledge of the city allows him to capture motifs that we seem to know, and yet reveal Venice to us in a new light. His book is a wistful declaration of love for his hometown and a warning of the creeping destruction of its unparalleled beauty.
