Mr. M. Vignesh Kumar, M.E.,MISTE.,is working an Assistant Professor in Dept. of Construction Technology & Mgmt,Wollega University, Ethiopia. To his credit, he have published several papers in international journals and conferences. His current research area includes, Waste control in construction mgmt and low cost building material with agro waste.
