English summary: Experience has frequently been regarded as one of the central features of Pentecostal-charismatic movement and as one of the reasons for its tremendous growth. Yet, the concepts of experience which are operationalized in Pentecostal theology have seldom been questioned, let aside their philosophical premises. This book studies two of the most important Pentecostal theologians, reconstructing and evaluating their notions of experience and their underlying epistemologies. Terry Cross' theologia experientiae, which draws from Karl Barth's dialectic, and Amos Yong's theologia religionum, which is based on a notion of experience influenced by the American pragmatist C.S. Peirce and by Catholic metaphysics, are thus for the first time critically assessed by a German publication and compared with one another. German description: In der pfingstlich-charismatischen Bewegung ist eine erfahrungsorientierte Praxis geradezu ein Markenzeichen, wenn nicht sogar das identifikatorische Moment. Zugleich tut sich die Pfingsttheologie sehr schwer, diese Praxis systematisch-theologisch zu reflektieren. Damit ist sie nicht allein: Die Rede von religioser Erfahrung hat zwar Hochkonjunktur, ist aber in der gesamten christlichen Theologie nach wie vor unterbestimmt. Diese Arbeit untersucht zwei Entwurfe, welche die pfingstlich-charismatische Erfahrung des Heiligen Geistes explizit an den Ausgangspunkt ihres Theologisierens setzen, und vergleicht deren implizite Erkenntnistheorien: Den an Karl Barth angelehnten Ansatz Terry Cross' und den Ansatz Amos Yongs, der sich am amerikanischen Pragmatismus und an der katholischen Metaphysik orientiert. Das Buch stellt innerhalb der deutschsprachigen Theologie erstmals zwei grundlegende pfingsttheologische Entwurfe vor und behandelt ein fur die kirchliche Praxis und den okumenischen Dialog uberaus relevantes Thema.
