Sinopsis

First of all, the author wishes to extend all the praises to Almighty. The Great and the Merciful Allah, The supreme authority of the universe who has enabled the author to complete this study successfully The author likes to express his deepest sense of gratitude, sincere appreciated and immense indebtedness to his thesis supervisor Professor Mohammad Hossain Bhuiyan Dept. of Agricultural Extension and Information System, SAU, Dhaka for his scholastic/nobel guidance, valuable suggestions, continuous encouragement and all kind of support and help throughout the period of research work and also the preparation of manuscript.
