Quality management is an important aspect in all kinds of businesses – manufacturing or service. Idea generation plays a pivotal role in managing quality in organizations. Biografía del autor

Rafikul Islam obtained his Ph.D.degree in Operations Research from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1996. Presently he is working as a Professor at the Department of Business Administration, International Islamic University Malaysia. His areas of research are Multiple Criteria Decision Making, Operations and Quality Management.
