Mr. Henry Osborn Quarshie holds a post graduate degree in Cyber law and MBA (MIS). He is a lecturer in Computer forensics, cyber law and computer ethics and society at Regent University College of science and Technology, Accra.Mr. Quarshie is a member of International organization for standards, (ISO/IEC) in I.T. security.
