Tutik Rachmawati studied Public Administration at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia and Local and Regional Development at the Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands, recently doing her Ph.D at INLOGOV, University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. She is a lecturer at Public Administration Department Parahyangan Catholic University, Indonesia.
