Sinopsis
The difference between a profitable business strategy and a predatory business strategy can be somewhat difficult to determine. While firms do their best to extract profits from consumers and to outshine their competitors, doing so might be considered anticompetitive. When firms pursue a business strategy it is expected that such investment will be recovered at some point. When recoupment does occur, the strategy is considered successful. However, when predation is contended, recoupment can play an important role in determining the guilt or innocence of the players. Acerca del autor
Born in Mexico City in 1980. Graduated from Law school in 2004, She worked in a Corporate Law Firm while studying a Masters in International Business Law, in Mexico City. Subsequently, she continued her studies in Law and Economics, in Europe, where she is now pursuing her PhD.
