Biografía del autor

Ms. Nukila Evanty, was born in Bagan Siapi-Api, Riau, Indonesia. Master of Laws (LL.M) University of Groningen,Post Graduate(MILIR) University of New South Wales. She is a Visiting Lecturer and Human Rights Specialist in Intergovernmental Organisation. She has published many books and articles in law journals.
