MATTHI FORRER, former curator for Japanese arts at the National Museum of Ethnology in Leiden, Netherlands, is the author of numerous books on Japanese art, including 'Hokusai', 'Hiroshige', and 'Hiroshige: Prints and Drawings' (all by Prestel).
