He elaborates on the necessary requirements, discusses advantages and disadvantages and gives practical advice which can be implemented immediately. The author is the managing partner of PeRoBa Unternehmensberatung (Management Consultancy) GmbH (LLC) based in Baldham near Munich, Germany. He has been working as a consultant, trainer and auditor in the quality management area since the end of the 80s.
