Prof Dr Dogan Ibrahim graduated from the City University (London) in digital signal processing. He has many years of research and teaching experience. His interests are in signal processing and computer control.Rana Riyadh Saeed graduated from the Near East University (Cyprus) from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering.
