Cognitive Radio is a promising technology which minimizes the spectrum shortage problem by dynamically using the free spectrum in the absence of Primary User (PU). Recent advancement in cognitive radio networks have arisen many issues regarding the spectrum sharing and security features since the last decade. Several crucial issues have not been yet investigated in the area of spectrum sharing mechanism. Several secondary user (SU) competing for channel allotment, senses the spectrum and occupies the available free spectrum. Problem arises when SU has to evacuate the channel as the PU returns back which causes the transmission blockage. In this paper we have used the Fuzzy Logic technique. Fuzzy Technique helps in evacuating the problem stated above. The purpose behind using Fuzzy logic is to fuzzily each parameter so that to Minimize Channel switching time and so that to maximize throughput, if switching is necessary moves to the channel that has the maximum susceptibility for the continual Successful transmission. The susceptibility/reliability information of channels is already polled, so that Cognitive user takes as less time to make any decision.
