The economic world shows us that all the elements that we consider static have a pulsation around an equilibrium position and influence the entire activity. The present study concerning the organization’s culture proposes and examined the cross cultural model in different countries with different cultures.

Biografía del autor

She holds a PhD diploma in Quality Management from 2009,IMW. Clausthal Germany and North University of Baia Mare, Romania. She is the author of more than 14 books and over 78 journal articles in the field of quality.She work focuses on the analysis of quality in different applications fields and to establish a cross cultural model in management.
