In this research the researchers introduced the concept of the optimization of leadership performance through knowledge sharing KS as an important ingredient in organizational sustained successes is an approach in identifying, acquiring, applying, creating, developing, preserving and measuring the knowledge of the organization. A successful leader knows that employees and their knowledge make a differentiation. The researchers believe that employee’s motivations for sharing knowledge in their organization and in daily work are of crucial importance for understanding if knowledge is or is not being shared. The purpose of this research is to analyze the KS as a crucial component for optimization of leadership performance in the organization, and the organizational barriers on employees' achievement in the business environment to sustained success. Eventually, the researchers want to contribute to improving the efficacy and efficiency of organizations in order to increase the value to its stakeholders.

Dr. Khalid is a Professor at Abu Dhabi University/ The Military Programs in the United Arab Emirates. He received his Ph.D degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde University/UK and his M.phil from Oxford. He worked in different countries, published more than 60 papers in different reputable Journals.
