Burnout is a worldwide problem which affects a large proportion of the working population, particularly those working in the helping profession. Biografía del autor

Steven Kilroy is a lecturer in Management specialising in Human Resource Management at Queens University Belfast. Steven’s research interests are at the interface of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour focusing on topics such as high performance work practices, leadership, employee well-being and performance.
