Prof. Manisha is currently the Officiating Director and Professor of Human Resource at Era Business School, New Delhi, India, promoted by renowned Era Group. A Doctorate in Training and Development with the MBA and a certified trainer. Prof. Vijayran has over a decade experience in teaching, training, research, consultancy, and administration.
