Ukponmwan, Ifueko is a lecturer of food processing and preservation in the department of Food Science and Technology, Edo State Institute of Technology and Management Usen, Edo state Nigeria. She holds a master's degree in Industrial Microbiology. She has taught food processing and preservation for over ten years.
