_ Renato Nuno Pereira is a Ph. D. candidate in Tourism (Algarve University). _ Joaquim da Costa Leite is a Professor of Aveiro University. He holds a Ph. D. in Economic History (Columbia University). _ João Albino Silva is a Professor of Algarve University Faculty of Economics. He has a Ph. D. in Economics (Lisbon ISEG-UTL).
