I am working as Assessment Expert at Punjab Examination Commission [PEC] Lahore, Pakistan. I assist in developing assessment frameworks, item development, data and item analyses, assessment instruments construction, sampling and technical designs using different test theories especially IRT. I have worked as consultant for large scale assessments.
