He randomly choose 28 secondary schools of Ranga Reddy district of Andhra Pradesh, India and he selected five independent variables of teachers' like gender, age, educational qualifications, subject teaching and teaching experience and also three dependent variables. He finally adopted Chi-square technique and analysed the problem.
