Nidhi Dwivedy, Department of Management Studies, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Majitar Rangpo, Sikkim, India has accomplished B.Com, M. A (Economics), M.Phil. B.Ed. and Ph.D. She has in her credit sixteen publications in double blind peer reviewed refereed international journals and two books published in LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing.
