Currently, the formative training of students must follow the purpose of developing communication and reflection skills by using modern methods that enhance activation and involvement of students in teaching activities. This formative training focuses on using more flexible and differentiated communication strategies, demonstrative strategies, models and modeling, analogies with intuitive and practical realities close to students, that lead to developing an active, involved, responsive, responsible communicator, that allows developing a psychological didactic. This book presents some instruments that can highlight ways to stimulate students and support their capacity for critical analysis of their own learning capabilities and act according to this. At the same time, the results of using these tools in order to identify ways to improve the training and self-training activities have been presented and analyzed. The book is addressed to all educators, but it can be a support for each student in an attempt to better manage learning.

Biografía del autor

Cornelia Stan studied Philosophy and Psychology. She obtained her Ph.D degree in Sciences of Education, in 2010. Currently, she is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education, at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
