Collaborative governance is the art of public administration which encompasses the government, business and civil society sectors. Biografía del autor

Dr. Bernaldez is currently a professor at Dongguk University in Gyeongju City, South Korea; he recently garnered the Outstanding World Book Author 2013 Award from IAMURE. Dr. Daep is Director of APSEMO and Climate Change Academy at Albay Province, Philippines. They were student and adviser, respectively, for Dr. Bernaldez's Ph. D. dissertation.
