Research shows that a student achievement gap still exists. This book is compiling and offering model effective teaching strategies and techniques that might raise the teacher retention rate, reduce the teacher attrition rate, and ultimately narrow the student achievement gap. It is an attempt to provide research-based effective teaching strategies to give new teachers support and to narrow the student achievement gap.
