The author is a Lecturer in Medical Informatics at the School of Medical Sciences, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is the ICT Coordinator at the Medical School. Prior to that he worked with the Department of Computer Science, Tamale Polytechnic as a Lecturer. He was educated at the University of Cape Coast and University of Ghana.
