I am sure that this book is multi- disciplinary and equally useful for the students, teachers, researchers, Geographers, Applied Geomorphologists, environmental scientist, civil engineers, administrators, policy-makers, practitioners, and other stakeholders who want to save humanity from disasters.

Acerca del autor

Dr Atta-ur-Rahman is Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, Urban & Regional Planning, University of Peshawar-Pakistan. He is visiting faculty at the Centre for Disaster Preparedness & Management, University of Peshawar. He got degrees of MSc Geography, MSc Urban & Regional Planning, MPhil DRR and PhD in EIA. Dr. Rahman has also contributed more than forty research articles in prestigious journals.
