The author is a public health professional. He has been engaged in planning and implementation of large-scale projects on reproductive health and human rights issues for last 9 years. He holds Masters Degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from London School of Economics and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London.
