The components of the approach and the underlying steps are explained in detail. An example case is used to illustrate the suggested methodology. Finally a set of concrete patterns that can be employed in this context is introduced.

Biografía del autor

Frank Radeke studied Business Information Systems at RostockUniversity (Germany), where he conducted research on advanceduser-interface development approaches.Since 2007 he is working as research assistant at the Instituteof Research on Information Systems (IRIS) at the EuropeanBusiness School (EBS, Germany).
