Dr. Lucy K Kirima is a graduate with doctoral in human resource management from Kenyatta university in Kenya. She is a university lecturer with wealth of experience in teaching, leadership, management and administration as a head of department, dean of students, principal and campus director at Africa Nazarene university, Kenya.
