Biografía del autor

George Osoro is a Water Resources Expert. He holds a Master's degree in Water Engineering from the Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences(2016)(PAUWES). A Bachelor's degree in Water Resources Management from Maseno University(2012). He lectures on water resources at the Kenya Water Institute.
