E-learning has become an area with substantial investments, both in financial terms and research efforts directed towards optimization of existing education methods and discovery of novel ways to disseminate knowledge through usage of modern technologies. A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of elearning education courses or training programs. The aim of this project is to explore all the possibilities of e-Learning and attempt to express the importance of its introduction into all areas of education. In order to achieve the intended aim, the paper will primarily be examining characteristics of existing e-Learning environment, its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the aim is to show that the exchange of information via the Web and e-mail is becoming a common mode of communication between professors and students. Studying with e-learning facilitates communication, leading to more efficient and effective study. Also, evaluation of the International Burch University`s Learning Management System will show its benefits in educational system.

Ferid Hadžić was born on the 29th September 1986, in Tutin, Republic of Serbia. He recieved his BSc degree in Economics, as a major field, in „Union – Nikola Tesla“ University Belgrade in 2013, and M.Sc degree on field Management & Information Technologies at "International Burch University" Sarajevo.
