This book is on the purpose to: Establishment of a global government, Development of Nations, Development of United Nations, Elimination of Crime and Terrorism, Elimination of Weapons and Establishment of positive civilization. Language used at different places by a person of specific social role and status indicates concepts. These concepts are similar among the people of common language and culture. For example concept of rebirth is common among Hindus. But rebirth is not a global concept. Global concepts are mostly about those incidents or things which are observable by human sensory organs and which are observable from any country. For example earth, moon, sun, air, water, fire, stars, sky, temperature, gravity or humans themselves are global concepts. Observations which I took are related to some global concepts and some culture specific concepts. These observations are manipulated for the purpose mentioned above.
