Sinopsis
Immunosorption as a principle of molecular identification with high affinity and selectivity is now well established. This monograph reviews the actual state-of-the-art of separation methods and analytical techniques as immuno-affinity chromatography, immunoassays, botting and dot-blot procedures. To increase the understanding of these methods, an introduction into fundamentals of immunochemistry is given, and applications are illustrated by tables and representative protocols.
