Sinopsis
Often, when we suffer, we have the habit of blaming the circumstances or the surroundings concealing our own responsibility. In fact, our life choices, our words, behaviours and actions always leave us with consequences, good or bad. Acerca del autor
Dr Tuan Anh Tran is a general practitioner, acupuncturist and teacher at Paris Nord University and Montpellier-Nîmes. He is a leader of meditation retreats in France and Belgium, a teacher at the University Diploma "Meditation and Health" at the University of Montpellier-Nîmes and a speaker on personal development for the general public.
