He has been Director of Centre for Banking Investment & Taxation in Gujarat national law University & Asst. prof of Securities Law. He post Graduate in Law & Finance from National law University, Jodhpur. He is also Consultant to various firms like cyberra legal services Ahmedabad, IIFS pvt. ltd. Ahmadabad & EEIG-Global Commercial Licence, Europe. He has experience of working in prestigious institutes like IIM, Ahmedabad & companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai.
