Pray that the Lord doesn't set up a meeting with you at rock bottom. If you can help it, be willing to meet with him elsewhere.

Rock bottom is a modern day story from the biblical parable of the prodigal son. Just like the prodigal son, God has provided a way for us to come to ourselves and return back to him.
