Sinopsis

Rees returns to where he started, the small industrial town called Morriston. He soon finds that the people of the town are being exploited by an evil man. Rees feels partly responsible for he is the reason that the man came to Morriston. However, all is not what it seems. Rees may have left London's Whitechapel years ago after his encounter with Jack The Ripper but it appears that Whitechapel never left him.
