This book is about Rae's personal quest, trekking through life while she experiences, mindful-focus and self-development. It started with her need to change things in her life that had controlled her since she was very young, ill health, low self-esteem, an inability to cope with life and depression. She is an average housewife and mum with a natural ability towards all things spiritual. She has been a member of the Spiritualists National Union where she trained to be a SPIRITUAL MEDIUM, and took a two-year COURSE ON SCIENCE ANS SPIRITUALISM. She is an ESSEX HEALER, and a TAI CHI AND CHI KUNG TUTOR, [retired] and still practices the balanced way of Taoism; she is a REIKI HEALER, her belief is, all life is totally connected to the cosmos and a higher divine source
