Reseña del editor

Cy Young. Ted Williams. Wade Boggs. These are some of the greatest players to ever don a Red Sox uniform. Being from different eras, one can only wonder what it would have been like had they played together. Well wonder no more. Sports reporter, author, and lifelong baseball fan John J. Rust has compiled the all-time 25-man roster for the Boston Red Sox. Who makes the starting lineup? Who makes up the rotation? Who manages this team of Bosox greats? Finally, how would they fare against some of the best teams in baseball history? From their beginnings at the turn of the 20th Century to the end of “The Curse,” players from a variety of eras come together in this book to form The Best Red Sox Team Ever. About the Author: A native of New Jersey, John J. Rust grew up rooting for both the Boston Red Sox and the Philadelphia Phillies. A graduate of both Mercer County College and the College of Mt.
