Chris graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. A few years later he immigrated to the U.S. where he worked at a number of companies in technical and IT management roles: Seagate, Biogen, Netflix, Boeing, Bechtel SAIC, Discovery Communications and several startups. At all of these companies, he saw the same problem: major software purchases didn’t meet expectations. He discovered why this was happening and how to prevent it. This book was written to share what he has learned while helping clients make successful software purchases. You can contact Chris at cdoig@wayferry.com
