C-suite positions are the peak of the professional hierarchy. Senior executives—including the CEO, COO, CFO, and many others—are expected to lead their organization and expand business in a way that benefits both the company’s brand and its employees. This is a challenging task, if a rewarding one. In order to move forward most effectively, the mission statement, organizational design, and desired behaviors among divisions must be clearly aligned.
This engaging and informative guide reveals the basic skills and tools executives need to achieve alignment. Each chapter contains detailed and concise breakdowns of strategies that will help create a culture of open communication, make meetings more productive, and assess risks in a growing company. Learn how to implement a solid framework, cut unnecessary expenses, and make better—and faster—decisions.
Additionally, C-suite professionals will gain helpful insights to avoid burnout and relieve frustrations that may arise on the job. Get Aligned! includes useful tips about how to take on new challenges, protect your valuable time, and strike a balance between your personal and professional lives.
Success is not just about making the right alignments in the company—it’s also about getting aligned within yourself. Get aligned, and get ahead!
