Acerca del autor

Richard O. Zerbe is a Daniel J. Evans Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Washington. His PhD. is in economics from Duke. He was a Law and Economics Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School and an Olin Fellow at Yale Law School. He is the founder of the Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis, co-founder of the American Law and Economics Association and author or editor of about 40 books and about 130 professional articles. He has a Fulbright to teach in the 2018 winter term to teach law and economics at the University of Bari, Aldo Moro in Bari Italy. He has produced a Western book of fiction, The Wandering Man in the Grande Ronde Valley (Oregon) under the pseudonym, Riley O'Zerbe. He has finished first, second, third and fourth at various track races sponsored by USA Track and Field Association (masters) and been a four time track All American. He has completed at masters World Cup x-country ski races in France and the USA.
