Stran T Smith is a World Champion Cowboy who spent 20 years rodeoing professionally. He is a 5th generation Texas rancher, Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame inductee, and co-founder of STS Ranchwear. Stran has become an inspirational figure in the sport of rodeo and beyond, sharing his faith and his remarkable story of overcoming unbelievable setbacks and personal loss, all on his journey to achieve his dream of winning on the world stage and in life.

J. Craig Flowers is a 4th generation native Texan who served over 25 years in the US Army. A Texas Christian University alum and baseball player, his final military assignment was at West Point. Founder of the Sideline Leadership Company, he works with CEOs, NCAA Coaches, educators, and other industry leaders, sharing how the most elite teams on earth behave to win. As a keynote speaker, Craig uses humor and storytelling to connect to audiences. Craig is often referred to as the "Paul Harvey of the Texas Hill Country."
