张小南,1957年出生于中国长春,在美国攻读电气工程研究生学位。他于1986年获得明尼苏达大学电气工程博士学位。完成学位后,他在半导体行业担任集成电路设计专家,直到2018年退休。Xiaonan Zhang, born in 1957 in Changchun, China, pursued postgraduate studies in Electrical Engineering in the United States. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1986. After completing his degree, he worked as an IC design expert in the semiconductor industry until his retirement in 2018.
