The UEI-PIA Approach to Project Management IntroducedThe UEI-PIA Approach, developed by the author and based on the Project Management Institute’s project management methodology, and consists of the following six steps:Understand (Step A) – You will learn to better understand yourself, your goals, and the opportunities in your life. You will understand the benefits of bringing project management methodology into your professional, business, and personal life.Evaluate (Step 1) – You will learn to evaluate the opportunities and their priorities in your life. You will also learn how to determine which opportunities should be turned into projects.Initiate (Step 2) – You will learn to get projects started by focusing on their charters and stakeholders.Plan (Step 3) – You will learn to plan projects systematically.
