Sinopsis

Do you ever want to change a bad day into a good day?
Is it even possible?
Do you need a time machine to do it?

The answer is… no. No time machine needed. All you need are your thoughts!

Sound too easy? Try this:
Thought: My sister got a new outfit and I didn’t get anything.
Feeling: Jealous and angry.
Action: I refuse to play with her and sulk in my room.
-or-
Thought: My sister got a new outfit and I didn’t get anything.
Feeling: Excited for her, or feel nothing really.
Action: I ask her to try it on and see if I have any earrings that will match it.

Is it really that simple?
It actually can be.

Feelings and emotions are very powerful things, but we can learn to control them.

Maybe you have anxiety because you’re feeling tense or worried.
Maybe you’re frustrated because you can’t get the right answer to a problem.
Maybe you feel gratitude because of someone’s compassion or patience.

Noticing your feelings and emotions, and taking just a quick moment to examine them, will give you the power you need to change a bad day into a good one. Do-Over Days are possible!
