Sue Bingham, founder of HPWP Group, has been at the forefront of the positive business movement for 35 years. She's driven to create high-performing workplaces by partnering with courageous leaders who value the contributions of team members. She has personally conducted hundreds of leadership workshops transforming the lives of over 3,000 leaders. Achieving high performance in any team or organization is a win for everyone. It's easy to see the bottom line results, but hard to measure the joy and fulfillment it brings those who contribute to it. Sue is self-actualized in this pursuit because she believes that every person who works and lives by trusting and respecting others makes the world a better place.

Bob Dusin is a partner at HPWP Group. Raised on a wheat farm in western Kansas, Bob has worked as a construction manager, human resources and training director, and business owner. For the past twenty years he has lived his passion by collaborating with organizations to create the most engaged and committed work environments possible.
