Chris Anthony Delaney is an author, lay counselor, speaker, and ordained minister. In 1996, he founded Joseph’s Coat Ministries, Inc. to bring hope to people struggling with same-sex attraction (homosexuality). God continues to use Chris Anthony and his powerful testimony of freedom from homosexuality. "From the Pit to the Promise" is Chris Anthony's first book. God has placed in his heart the desire to write more books that will equip believers to live victoriously here and now! Chris Anthony has an Associate’s Degree in Sacred Literature from Covington Theological Seminary. He served five years in full-time ministry to those infected/affected with the AIDS virus. He has also served as media editor, bookkeeper, usher and speaker for different churches/ministries. As a sought-after speaker, Chris Anthony has shared his testimony in churches locally and across the nation concerning issues of homosexuality. He has been interviewed on radio by American Family Radio, J-103 and Chattanooga Radio Talk Show with host Jeff Styles. ZDF German Public TV interviewed Chris Anthony and Nicole which aired to five million Germans. His photo and testimony have been used in ongoing billboard campaigns by PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays) called “Ex-gays Prove Change is Possible” in Virginia, Washington D.C. and Waco, Texas. These billboards were also featured in The Advocate, a pro-gay magazine, and Washington Blade, the oldest LGBT newspaper in the U.S. Chris Anthony and his wife, Nicole, have been married over 15 years and have three children (one in heaven). His family makes their home in North Georgia. He enjoys spending time with his family, long walks on the beach with his wife, and reading. Chris Anthony loves music of many genres. He enjoys anything to do with genealogy and is an avid visitor of graveyards searching for ancestral connections. In his free time, he visits antique stores looking for anything that sparks his interest. Chris Anthony has a passion for serving Jesus and bringing the message of hope and freedom to those who will listen. He is faithful to give all the glory to God.
